Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we follow a no return policy. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order.
✅ Eligible Cases for Refund/Replacement
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Product received in damaged or spoiled condition
Missing items in package

❌ Not Eligible:
Taste or preference-related dissatisfaction
Opened or used products
Orders returned due to incomplete/incorrect delivery address
🔁 Refund Process
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
In case of replacement, we’ll dispatch a new product at no extra cost.
