Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we follow a no return policy. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order.

✅ Eligible Cases for Refund/Replacement

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received in damaged or spoiled condition

  • Missing items in package

📷 Proof Required: Please share clear photos or unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery to support@sathuragirifoods.in

❌ Not Eligible:

  • Taste or preference-related dissatisfaction

  • Opened or used products

  • Orders returned due to incomplete/incorrect delivery address

🔁 Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • In case of replacement, we’ll dispatch a new product at no extra cost.
